Job Description:
We are now seeking a Customer Support Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia location to join our team in Robotics and Motion division, who would be responsible to lead a team of specialists who provide internal and external customer support and oversee customer support process.
Reporting to Division Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Create, implement and monitor customer support strategy and ensure to meet the target.
• Develop and participate in customer support related development projects.
• Provide resolution to customer issues by coordinating with front-end and other teams.
• Ensure timely issue of invoice for revenue generation, oversee price quotes to customers and follow up on customer issues relating to credit.
• Coordinate with related teams to provide solution for special customer requests.
• Prepare reports, review and analyze performance against standards and suggest improvement plans.
Requirement:
To be considered for this role, you should possess a degree in Accounting / Business Administration with minimum 5 years of experience with exposure in handling a team. The role will ideally suit someone who is proficient with SAP, MS office and familiar with order booking processes, order data analysis, delivery process and analysis, purchasing, team leadership and process improvement skills.
